2. Canceled Events

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund. You must notify us within 2 days of the announcement of the rescheduled date.

 

4. Event Changes

In the event of changes to the lineup or venue, tickets will generally not be eligible for a refund. However, if the venue change significantly impacts your experience (e.g., a change to a much smaller venue), you may contact us to discuss your options.

5. Ticket Insurance
